Coquille, OR |
He was impatient with my questions (sighing, smirking and body language), had that "oh so superior" specialist attitude that made me feel like an idiot for not comprehending his technical explanations that lacked the details I needed to understand his diagnosis as well as what to expect from the treatment he prescribed.

My shoulder surgery has been successful. Dr. Denard is a skilled surgeon, my treatment from him and his staff was professional, and a pleasant experience.
in Medford, OR |
Very professional; direct, succinct assessment and simplistic patient language explanations. Reserved demeanor, however very personable. Highly intelligent and well versed in his surgical specialty.
in Medford, OR |
I'm sure his skills as a surgeon are fine, but he does not listen. After 5 months he told me what I had been telling him.
in Brookings, OR |
after a year of 24/7 pain & very minimal range of motion I went & saw Dr. Denard, who was highly recommended. Needed total shoulder replaced. He went over every aspect from surgery to recovery. After mth in sling, recovery proceeded as expected. Have almost total range of motion back, probably 97% & no pain. Had surgery in Jan. was back playing golf in June. I highly recommend him & his assistant. This is my 3rd joint replacement so know what I'm talking about.
in WEED, CA |
It has been 2 years since Dr. Denard did my shoulder replacement surgery and it is EXCELLENT. I have full range of motion, NO PAIN, and I thank him daily for getting my life back! Before surgery I could not even lift up my arm and was in pain all the time. (Osteoarthritis) I can't thank him enough.
Jacksonville |
Very unhelpful staff. From billing to nurses. Rude and uncaring. I would go somewhere else. A very bad experience.

Why Does Experience Matter?

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.
