Concerned, caring, compassionate. Feel like he listens. The only minus is the waiting time...often more than 30 minutes past scheduled time.

Dr Daly is a fine and caring physician. His career is focused on treatment and education which reminds me to always follow the doctors recommendations. His staff is and has always been kind and courteous and cheerful to me. It feels like an inclusive “family” practice. Everyone there makes it their effort to be supportive. I know a few office practices that could learn from them. I’ve been going to this practice for about 5 years and never once have I’ve had an unpleasant experience.

Absolutely the worst staff in the business. The male receptionist hangs up on patients and won’t share your records with other physicians. Dr Daly asked me who I’m dating (like it’s his business anyway) when my husband is a patient!! Dr Daly kept his head in his computer the entire time I was there and barely looked at me and didn’t examine me. I’m lucky because I’m healthy.

I was on my way out& Dr.Daly noticed I got Ins. He opened my file back up &said now I need blood work. I asked the cost&he said insurance will pay&regardless I had to because he was going to withhold my medications if I didn't. "It's either my way or the highway" he said&had to remove himself or stood behind the door when I spoke, saying he was feeling uncomfortable. I informed him it was suspisous that I got insurance today&this was the first time he's even asked. I hope Jen (MA) leaves soon.

Let me just say that Dr. Patrick Daly seems to be not only a good physician, but also a genuinely nice man and the phlebotomist is good at her job and very sweet. That's really the only two place where this office excels. Between Alan, the nurses and the rest of the front office staff, I'm not sure they even realize how condescending they are, as well as their total lack of customer service both on the phone and in the office. It's a real shame that the staff is not as stellar as Dr. Daly!

Dr Daly has been my Dr for many years and has seen the best and worst times in my life from sickness to check ups to diagnoses with hiv. Through out this time he has continued to be positive, caring, thoughtful, professional and kind. I wish to thank him for it all.

I agree with previous comment. More patients than he can handle. Felt like I was in a patient-mill. Went in with valid complaint about pain and this issue was not addressed. Dr. Daly was more interactive with the laptop than he was with me. Waited 50 minutes (after scheduled appt. time) to get in to a consult room, yet was afforded about 10 minutes of consult time.
