Dr. Cronin is an excellent doctor, he explained everything that was happening and what medicines were available and which ones he would choose if he was going through same illness. He was very very understanding and knowledgeable and I would recommend him to all.

They don care about the patient. Promise to call back, never do! They do test and forget about patient!! According to them everything looks good, so patient's pain is irrelevant. Horrible Experience, horrible doctor and nurses. After all the waiting period, no recommendation but only to see other specialist.

No follow up and no return calls. I am so sick of not receiving a return call regarding tests that I had, I have given up and have made an appointment with another group. When you are sick and don't know what's going on, you would hope a medical professional would have some compassion and at a minimum have someone from the office return a call to discuss your test results that they post online. Terrible experience. If you are to busy to interact with the patients STOP taking new patients.

I would highly recommend Dr. Patrick Cronin. He diagnosed my serious condition, in a just a few visits with specific tests, because he listens to you. I had seen multiple doctors/specialists for approximately five months; and had been hospitalized several times, prior to my 1st appointment with Dr. Cronin. Granted, it took a long time to get an initial appointment with him, but he is definitely worth the wait. I now have a diagnosis and am finally being properly medically treated.

I have no idea how good this doctor is, because his staff is so bad. I made an appt a month ahead of time and right before the appt, they called to say they had to cancel and I would have to wait another month for a new appt. There was no apology, no effort to fit me in. It was like they were doing me a big favor to even let me reschedule, and the error was theirs, not mine.

My mom was seen by Dr. Cronin in Feb 2016. He recommended flex injection, we both have been calling the office attempting to schedule an appointment. We are constantly told someone will call us to schedule an appointment. STILL WAITING FOR AN APPOINTMENT!
