I met Dr. Chae when I was recovering from open heart surgery at Mt. Sinai. I had a compilation - pleural effusion. He has been wonderful. Always responsive, always caring, always make me feel reassured. I have told all my friends that if they ever need a pulmonary specialist - they should see Dr. Chae. He is a doctor who truly cares about his patients.
