Dr. Cavanaugh was my family's primary care. My Dad was going to him for years and had a physical 6 months before he was diagnosed with 4th stage metastatic bladder cancer. When he was feeling ill, he was given cat scans and Dr. Cavanaugh referred him to an oncologist who he claimed was great and up on newest treatments. The exact opposite was true. My Dad trusted him because he trusted Dr. Cavanaugh, who never even called to check up on my Dad or his treatment. It was too late when we switched

My husband and I have been going to see Dr. Cavanaugh for years. We have even followed him when he moved offices. I love this doctor. He is pleasant and always has an answer for my ailments. I would definitely recommend him.

I truly like Dr. Cavanaugh because he is kind, and caring. He takes time to answer questions and spends adequate time with patients; however, his office staff is incompetent. You can never reach them on the phone, and are always sent to voicemail. When you leave a message, the office NEVER returns your call. Due to this, I am looking for another practice to provide me with medical care. Look elsewhere, unless you have time to call the office over and over and over again to get service.

Dr. Cavanaugh is knowledgeable and is kind in his approach; however, his staff is impossible to deal with. They never call you with test results, and when you call them they never return your call. I am going to another doctor now only because of the poor customer services by his staff.
