I made a mistake in payiny my co payment and paid it twice. I have contacted them several times and they have yet to send a refund for overpayment. This has been over 2 months now. I have talked with Courtny, and another girl there, at least 4 times to no avail.

Went to Cleveland Clinic, Ohio State, many local doctors in and out of the hospital for over a year and finally, Dr Allen found problem. He did one scope, I had like 9, and found Edac. Had surgery in Ohio State for trachea repair and no more coughing 24/7. He is an awesome doctor and really cares

I thought Dr Allen was a good Dr until he seen me and then told me he would no longer see me

I'm a new veteran and have been assigned to Dr. Allan. I'm extremely impressed with his know-how. He knew the right questions to ask and actions to take to help me. I have nothing but great experiences when I visit him. Not only is he fast, he's personable and makes your needs his priority. Thank you Dr. Allan!
    in Germantown, OH |
Dr. Allan is probably a very good doctor... but unfortunately, I may never get to find out how good he really is because my experiences with his STAFF has led me to believe that they are at best, rude and incompetent. I have been hung up on, left on hold for long periods and as of recently can NOT seem to get a live person when I call. When i called repeatedly, I got a recording that said to leave a message but the calls were never returned.

Dr. Allan is a fabulous doctor. He spends all the time needed during each visit (you never feel rushed) and he is honest yet upbeat about my husband's Stage 4 COPD. We are so glad we found him!
