I've been a patient of Dr. St. John's for nearly 20 years and have ONLY seen her for well-woman visits (for which BC/BS pays 100% - there is no co-payment, ever). When I showed up for my appointment, I was told I'd have to leave a credit card on file if I wanted to see her. I explained to Mindy that I wasn't comfortable leaving my credit card information, that I never owed any co-payment AND that BC/BS would be paying 100%. She replied it was now an 'office policy' that a credit card MUST be left. I asked to speak to Dr. St. John about this and was denied. I (and my mother) have changed doctors now because of this policy. I've seen many doctors within the last year and this is the ONLY doctor that has made this demand.

Stay away from her.She punctured my uterus while inserted an IUD in the wrong location. The general surgeon confirmed that since the X-ray pictures showed the IUD in my abdomen on the next day.I had excruciating pain from cramps and had to undergo an emergency laparoscopy to remove the IUD and pay for the malpractice she did. This woman could’ve killed me or have caused more injury to me if the IUD had gone to my intestines. Please look for a good doctor.Be careful.

Dr. St. John is the most caring, gentle and informed gynecologist!! I have had a history of pre-cancer, so she bought a new high tech machine to check for any signs of HPV or pre-cancer. She is the best gynecologist!!!!

Dr. St. John has such a lovely and warm disposition - if the gyno makes you nervous she will immediately put you at ease. There's no judgement about lifestyle, only support/encouragement for proactive women's health. She's incredibly gentle - I've never had a more pleasant pelvic exam or painless pap. All women nurses and support staff. I was practically encouraged to remove my shoes and jewelry for the weigh in - #theygetit. It's easy to put your health first when Dr. St. John is your doc.

Dr St. John is a good doctor but her staff at front desk needs sensitivity training. I spoke to the receptionist and she did not even look up. Nails are not professional for a medical office especially to greet patients. I walked out of office because of rude staff

It was my first visit to see Dr. St John and her staff. Everyone provided excellent friendly skills. You could immediately tell everyone on her team enjoyed their jobs. From the front desk to the nurses. I haven't seen this type of doctors office for a long time. It really opened my eyes to the joy this team has. Merry Christmas to the entire office staff and Dr. St.John
