The staff is very nice and helpful. I was there over an hour but all my problems were addressed and testing was done. One of the best eye exams I have had.

Wait times were ALWAYS over an hour. I believe they triple book. The receptionist is rude.

The wait time is always over an hour regardless of when the appointment time. I had an early appointment, was not even called until 1 hour later, seen by the doctor 1 1/2 hours from the appointment time. She rushed through the exam. I had a couple of questions, but she was already half-way out...more
