Run from this practice!! I recently had several biopsies done. They made me wait 3 weeks for an appointment to get the results. I was assured that they would call me if I had something to worry about before my 3 week appointment. As it turns out My lab results with my cancer diagnosis were sent to her office two weeks before my appointment and I did not receive a phone call to let me know. They made me wait for my diagnosis while my cancer diagnosis sat on her desk for two weeks. Now the start of my treatment has been delayed. I asked the PA who gave me the diagnosis why I did not receive a phone call and I was told that the office just can’t call everyone. I guess they cannot even make time for you if you have cancer.

I just want to give praise.to Dr McCormack for the exceptional care I was given at my visit to her office. I was suffering from a terrible rash and couldn’t sleep, I wasn’t sure if it was just from anxiety due to all that’s going on in the world. As it turns out it wasn’t, I was treated with medication and now I am feeling 100% better. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all your help!!

I developed an infection on my leg and was terrified to go to the ER or Urgi center. I called Dr Patricia McCormacks office and spoke to a very nice receptionist who asked me questions and gave me a quick appointment. I went to the office where I filled out a quick questionaire and my temperature was taken. I was so thankful (not that I had a bad infection) but that my infection was taken care of and if I had waited a day more I would of had to go to the ER. So I would like to thank Dr.McCormack and her wonderful staff for their dedication at a time like this with all the uncertainty around us!

I have no problem with the doctors but the women at the front desk are the RUDEST receptionists I have ever encountered. I watched a woman who did not speak English come in for service. She didn’t have her insurance card and they were super rude to her. They tried to speak to her in the worst Spanish I’ve ever heard. She was already embarrassed because they were very loud, but the attitudes made the situation so much worse! There is no privacy, as they speak very loud with patient’s information. I hope they fix this...fast!

My first experience with Dr.Mc Cormick was very good. There was a parking lot with spaces open to park in. The girls at the front desk were delightful as well as the rest of the staff. My wait time was 10 minutes before I saw Dr Mc Cormick. She came in, sat down and talked with me for a while. I really like going there and would recommend seeing her. I had a procedure done a week ago Monday at Dr. McCormick‘s office. Dr. Kickin did my MOS test . Frank, the technician that took care of me , was absolutely professional, kind and very caring. He made sure to be gentle & explain each thing he was going to do. I was extremely anxious and he was so patient with me. Frank is a #1 technician!

DR. MCCORMACK is a dedicated, caring and yes busy practitioner which is a testament to her outstanding professionalism. My husband and I both have been patients of hers for years at times presenting her with challenges to which she has risen to each and every time. Her diagnosis is always spot on and her care is dispatched with accuracy and concern. Tried other doctors when I moved an hour away. I came back to her practice solely for the level of care and trust. Wait time never more than 20min

Wait time is very long. Front desk only talk to each other. Worst office ever. I had a appointment with the Dr. Who Never saw me The PA has no idea what she is doing. Dr Mccormack was sitting in the front of the office and did not get up once to see a patient. Unacceptable actions on the doctors part

I have been a patient of Dr. McCormack for close to 15 years. The care and attention I have received from her has always been excellent. She is thorough, takes time to explain, and never dismisses any of my own anxieties. She is up current any new prescriptions and OTC products or approaches and will discuss pros and cons of use. I appreciate her professional knowledge and medical expertise and almost as importantly being treated so personally.
