Had my first appointment with Dr. Reino and couldn't be more pleased. The office staff is very friendly and efficient. The office is clean and appears to be well organized. There was not a long wait time (except for waiting for a referral from my PCP). Dr. Reino is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and advised to call the office with any questions regarding my upcoming treatment plan.

The staff here is fantastic. Very polite and understanding. Greet you with a smile, good morning/afternoon. Answering questions and if don't have a answer they will get one for you. The doctor himself is a wonderful person. There again polite, courteous and what's up down there listen to you answer your questions and be right down to the point of what is wrong and how to go about treating it. His assistants are just the same as everyone else and very knowledgeable. Very highly recommended.

I came into Hospital in June 2018. My left knee was swollen I was in massive pain. Unfortunately this Dr let me be bone on bone for 7 months. The extra damage was horrible. In December my insurance company found me a new Orthopedic surgeon. He took one look at the same x-ray Dr Reino looked at and was horrified. He immediately scheduled a replacement. I am happy to say The surgery was a success. I have 100% flexibility, Walking pain free and have healed nicely. No thanks at all to Dr Reino.

I am from Chicago and was vacationing with family. Broke my heel bone and went to the Osceola regional medical center. The ER staff was phenomenal. The PA Martina connected us with a phone call to Dr. Reno. He got me in for surgery that next day and took my call at midnight when I had a concern The night of my discharge and was very patient and helpful. Seems to of done a good job, I haven’t been in any pain to speak of and it’s been four days since surgery.

Dr Reino takes the time to answer all your questions and listens to any concerns you may have. He seems to truly care about his patients and has a wonderful beside manner. I felt completely confident in the rather unusual and not too common surgery I had. His staff is also very caring and polite, and went the extra mile. I highly recommend Dr Reino

I would highly recommend Dr. Reino. His staff (Amy & Dona) were very courteous and friendly and Dr. Reino listened to my questions and answered them in layman terms. He prescribed an appropriate course of action for my visits and, thankfully, got me back to where I needed to be to be able to function again. I trust Dr. Reino and would not hesitate to return to him if need be.
