Due to Covid I have been suffering from shoulder pain for approximately 1 yr. Finally my PC ordered an MRI which clearly indicated my troubles. However getting an appointment with an Ortho doc was impossible. Dr. Reino's office gave the earliest appt. They had available and I am finally going to be treated for my ailment. The staff is awesome attentive and very personable. So is the Doc! He listens and thoroughly examines you as well as reviews your MRI's and explains them to you in lay mans terms. I will take the trip to continue care with him as long as he accepts my insurance! Worth the trip! Over all I would recommend Dr. Reino and his practice

Dr. Reno is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. Very professional knowledgeable and listens to his patients needs. Explains the treatments and procedures in an understanding way. I highly recommend him. He performed total hip replacement surgery within eight months on both of my hips. I was in pain for years complaining of my back and it turned out to be my hips. On my first visit to his office he knew right away what my problem was. A year later I am in no pain and feel 10 years younger!

I fell and broke my finger. The ER referred me to Dr. Reino. It ended up being my lucky day. His office staff are kind and efficient and answered all my questions. When I had to call the office my calls were answered in a timely fashion. Dr. Reino listened to me and was so gentle with handling my finger. While it was a relatively minor break, I felt that my care was very important to him. I am a retired nurse and very picky about my medical care. I would highly recommend him.

After waiting an hour and a half I had a short appointment as a follow up. I signed in for a 9:30 appointment arriving at 9:20. After forty five minutes I checked the sign in sheet and it was changed, by them to 9:45. I think Dr Reino was rushed and reminded me this was just a followup appointment. The waiting room had several people waiting at all times.

The office manager at this Doctor's office makes going to the office a complete nightmare. I broke both arms and I have two children. I am an educated woman and I am facing some challenging times right now. I came to the office concerned because my entire arm was purple and I could only partially extend. The first thing she started to explain to me was "This is a corporation and I will see what I can do with the higher ups." Those are her exact words. She berated me for several things and was very rude. After making it through the 411 with the disdainful office manager, I was able to see Dr. Reino.I had a followup appointment at 3:30 pm. The office called me at 9:40am to ask me to come in for that same appointment at 9:30am! When I asked to speak with her she was again rude, disdainful, and had a disrespectful tone. There is no reason to treat people like this and it has been a horrible experience. If you go to this office expect to experience some level of disrespect.

Had my first appointment with Dr. Reino and couldn't be more pleased. The office staff is very friendly and efficient. The office is clean and appears to be well organized. There was not a long wait time (except for waiting for a referral from my PCP). Dr. Reino is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and advised to call the office with any questions regarding my upcoming treatment plan.

The staff here is fantastic. Very polite and understanding. Greet you with a smile, good morning/afternoon. Answering questions and if don't have a answer they will get one for you. The doctor himself is a wonderful person. There again polite, courteous and what's up down there listen to you answer your questions and be right down to the point of what is wrong and how to go about treating it. His assistants are just the same as everyone else and very knowledgeable. Very highly recommended.

I came into Hospital in June 2018. My left knee was swollen I was in massive pain. Unfortunately this Dr let me be bone on bone for 7 months. The extra damage was horrible. In December my insurance company found me a new Orthopedic surgeon. He took one look at the same x-ray Dr Reino looked at and was horrified. He immediately scheduled a replacement. I am happy to say The surgery was a success. I have 100% flexibility, Walking pain free and have healed nicely. No thanks at all to Dr Reino.
