in Austin, TX |
Dr. Montesano was strongly recommended by my primary care physician and after extensive research I decided to move forward with him as my doctor. I flew out from Texas to have my surgery with him at his Beverly Hills center. I was confident I made a great choice when we had our pre-operative appointment. I flew home 4 days later and would call my surgery a great success.
in Folsom, CA |
Dr. Montesano operated on me on March 25, 1996. I spent 5-1/2 hours in surgery for a laminectomy, discectomy and two-level fusion: L/4-L/5 & L/5-S/1 with spinal stenosis. I was a mess! During surgery he found 7 bone spurs with one pressing into the main nerve of my left leg. 2 months later, I played my first round of golf. 2 years later, I played in a US Open Qualifier! He walks a fine line between confidence and arrogance, which as an athlete, appealed to me -- and his bedside manner rocks!!!
Dr. Montesano improved my quality of life. He is a master at the work he does. Before finding him, I tried months of extensive back treatments including NSAI medications, physical therapy, chiropractics and acupuncture. Unfortunately, I did not find any relief, I actually was getting worse. I am two years post surgery have significant improvement in my back and total relief of leg pain. I had an endoscopic lumbar discectomy with L tech on L4-L5 L5-S1. I am forever grateful to this man.

Best of the best Doctor . Very talented... Thank you for your help!
in Wellington |
Way too eager to operate. Went elsewhere and was managed without surgery with great results.
in Hobe Sound, FL |
He is very down to earth. He listened to my complaints. Took the time to go over options and made me fully aware of what was going on with my back. Set a course of action with me and made sure I knew all the pros and cons I don't know where he found his receptionist but she should teach a course on how to handle the office the right way! She went above and beyond to keep me informed of every step of the insurance process
in Wellington, FL |
Great bed side manner, very comforting and office staff was very helpful and made me feel comfortable from my first appointment through my surgery.
in Palm City, FL |
Dr Montesano was so attentive to my husband, he treated him like he was his only patient. His bed side manner is the best I have come across since moving from New York!
in Palm beach, Florida |
Dr Montesano and his staff went beyond what any other Dr has done for me in the past. I had no wait because my packet was sent to me before my appointment and Dr Montesano spent at least 30 minutes with me or more. I highly recommend him if you have any spine or neck issues.
