Dr. Jabbour is the Chief of the Division of Neurovascular and Endovascular Neurosurgery in the Department of Neurological Surgery at the Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University.  His practice consists of treating stroke, aneurysms, AVMs, cavernomas, carotid artery stenosis, intracerebral hemorrhage and other neurovascular disorders. 

Dr. Jabbour takes a special interest in the treatment of retinoblastoma in collaboration with Dr. Carol Shields of the Wills Eye Institute.  Dr. Jabbour administers intra-arterial chemotherapy in the ophthalmic artery to children suffering from this rare and debilitating ocular cancer.  He is an expert in intra-arterial chemotherapy and his work in this field has made Jefferson and Wills Eye Hospital an international destination for retinoblastoma treatment. 

He has authored more than 230 papers in peer-reviewed journals, including Stroke, Neurosurgery, Interventional Neuroradiology, Ophthalmology and Retina.
