I had to reschedule an appoinment because I started throwing up about five minutes before the appt. I offered to pay for a missed appt. They rescheduled me and said no I couldn't pay for the missed appt fee because I was a new patient and hadn't signed the paperwork. Then two days later the lady...Read More

I’m there for PCOS, fatty liver and metabolic syndrome, He shoved me off on the PA and we discussed drug methods that could help me with weight loss that treats all 3. She had to go get them approved. He didn’t approve, had a script shoved at...Read More

Dr. Dauphin is sufficient for taking care of prescriptions, etc...for a chronic thyroid condition. He is ALWAYS extremely behind & I have plan hours away from my office for a local appointment with him. I wait, on average, an hour before I’m in a room. Ridiculous that he devalues his patients time...Read More

His staff are the rudest people I have ever dealt with! On more than one occasion they have hung up on me...Read More

The new PA wants to "proactively medicate" which is a problem for me.... I can't get my blood work results from 6 weeks ago either. I've called and talked with the front desk, waited a couple of days and then called again with no results. I stopped by for the results and they still were not able...Read More
