Kind, Knowledgeable and Compassionate
I am extremely grateful to Dr. Farhi and her staff. I recently had cataract surgery and for the first time in over 40 years, I no longer have to wear glasses. While other doctors could have performed the procedure, Dr. Farhi added a level of comfort to the entire experience. I trust her completely with my vision.

I definitely would recommend Dr. Farhi for cataract surgery. Dr. Farhi performed my surgery at the NRV Surgical Center, Radford. I found Dr. Farhi, her office staff, and surgical center to be responsive to my concerns and questions. They were caring and very professional.

Dr. Farhi did my cataract surgery. The surgery went well and I was very pleased. I think Dr. Farhi is very knowledgeable in her field. She is a very friendly and caring doctor and she takes her time with you. During my office visits she made me feel at ease and explained things to me that made it easy for me to understand. Her office staff is also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Farhi to anyone needing eye care.

I recently had 2 cataract surgeries at the Radford Surgery Center (2901 Lamb Circle), left eye first and right eye a week later. The staff was respectful of each other and the patients, and they were easy to talk to and explained each step. They enjoyed working at the center, when asked, and pulled together as a team. The left hand knew what the right hand was doing. Infection prevention measures were in practice & the location of the center is easily accessed via I81, with ample parking. I would have surgery again there if needed. Dr. Farhi explains things well, she is extremely approachable, and I would use her services again without reservation!

Dr Farhi removed a cataract in my left eye and replaced the lens with a synthetic lens that will last for life. My vision in that eye is now 20-20 and I am very pleased with the result. Dr Farhi explained the process and answered all of my questions. Surgery went well and follow up appointments were scheduled over the next 3 weeks to be sure everything went well. The office runs very efficiently. Would recommend her services.

I have an unusual eye condition, plateau irises, that elevates eye pressure and can result in blindness. Dr. Farhi worked through several procedures in an effort to reduce the pressure, ending with cataract surgery. My vision is great and the pressure is now at a safe level. Relieved and happy. I am a retired physician who developed cataracts, glaucoma, and age related macular degeneration. Dr. Farhi is an excellent ophthalmologist and a wonderful person. I recently had bilateral cataract surgery and placement of stents to treat glaucoma. The surgery went smoothly, comfortably, and quickly. I think you would be pleased with the care she and her staff provide.

A busy office, but each patient is welcomed by a cheerful and attentive staff who always listen to and answer questions. Cataract surgery and follow-up went well and without complications. Am enjoying distance vision for the first time as a life-long near-sighted person. Amazing!

Dr. Farhi is a gifted, skilled, and well-equipped eye doctor with a terrific team serving around her! She performed cataract surgery in both of my eyes in December, 2019. My vision has been completely restored! The only person more excited than me is her! She is a compassionate doctor who finds great joy in helping her patients! I highly recommend Dr. Farhi!

I needed cataracts removed from both eyes. Dr. Farhi was wonderful! The procedure was explained and all my questions answered! I was made comfortable from the office visit through both surgeries and follow up appointments. I have 20/20 vision, which I haven’t had since high school, I’m 65?? I highly recommend Dr. Farhi.
