Care Philosophy

This content was provided by Dr. Patel "We thrive to provide latest & best possible treatment to our pulmonary/ sleep patients. Our patient should get nothing but 5 star care and we believe in working constantly to make sure we do that. As a pulmonary & sleep specialist, I have two passions.

1) To find out what is the reason behind person's pulmonary symptoms and how can I provide the best possible outcome.  Many of pulmonary patients suffers from shortness of breath, chronic cough, chest pain, leg edema and even syncope.  We will work to alleviate these symptoms & improve quality of life.

2) My team will work on optimizing our patient's sleep & make their life more enjoyable. I strongly believe that providing good 6-8 hours of restorative sleep can bring significant advantage in their decision making capacities & countless other benefits during awake period. Overall, we spend roughly 1/3rd of our life in sleep or for preparation for sleep & that time should have utmost respect."

Dr. Patel is the most calm, kind, understanding doctor I have EVER been to. I went to him for a large nodule in my lung and I am probably the MOST nervous person he has ever had. My anxiety over my situation does not change how he treats me. When I have concerns he takes his time, never rushes me...Read More
