Talk about rude!!! The office called and scheduled an appointment for me. I take the entire day off, get there early - the receptionist tells me I DON'T have an appointment!!! What?!! I asked her why. She said the 'doctor' read through my chart and determined for some unknown reason she "can't help me" and suggested another, retiring neurologist. What?!! And for some totally rude and unprofessional reason you couldn't have your staff call me to tell me this ahead of time? Awful person, "doctor'?
