I was referred to Dr. Hunter by a friend, who warned me about his bedside manner. His bedside manner was awful. He was cold, arrogant and dismissive. So much do that I almost cancelled my rhinoplasty. I went ahead with the surgery and was mostly satisfied with it for several years. Now my right nostril is collapsing and his office informed me I’d need to pay another consultation fee to see him again. I’ll be going elsewhere.

Referred to Dr. Pillow by my primary care physician. From my very first visit I was not happy nor confident in Dr. Hunter's bedside manner, professionalism or concern. Each visit was like my 1st. He could never remember any details from my previous visits or what we had discussed. He wanted to operate without first doing CT scans or scoping me. He was very dismissive & not thorough at all. I finally took matters into my own hands & found my own ENT - Dr. Pillow - and am very happy now.
