Dr Penneycooke extremely knowlegable and an all around great dr. I saw him several months ago at the wound center and his treatment was A+. Just went back because of a new wound. Very concerned and cautious in his procedures. Recommended surgery, very cautious.I would rate him a 12!on the 10 scale. Highly skilled at his practice.
