I have been with Dr. Sam since Nov 2021. On the very first visit he performed a check that my previous doctor never did and found a serious issue that needed addressed. It has been done and I am 100% now. He has my trust and appreciation, I probably owe him m life froma quick routine check of something other doctors ignored. Dr. Sam also has a fantastic way of making the patient feel comfortable, he discusses, not tells you what he is seeing, he takes action versus delegates when a follow up or test is needed. He really wants to know what you are thinking. Dr Sam will be my PCP going forward he has earned my trust and respect. Thanks Dr. Sam

Dr. Assafeen recently became my physician after my previous Dr, Kirk Barnett, passed away. I truly am glad to have Dr. Assafeen as my primary care physician. He has a great personal manner and desires for his patients to be as knowledgeable as possible. I find that I am learning more and more. Thank you, Dr. Assafeen

You feel welcome as you enter the doors. You get admitted quickly & the nurse arrives to take you back to the exam room. Dr. Al-Assafeen listen to you completely, while looking at you not a computer. He also has a calming presence! Your not rushed. Both my Nurse Nina & Dr. Sam are very thorough. I refer him to all my friends.

Dr "Sam" listened well as I told him my concerns on my first visit. He took a brief history based on an overnight stay at Belton Regional Medical Center. I was impressed with his grasp of my medical conditions: Fibromyalgia, Neurofibromatosis, COPD, DDD. Due to a move, he replaces my PCP of 38 years who diagnosed my Fibromyalgia and in whom I have great faith.

Dr. Sam is an excellent provider, at my age, 60 plus, I have been to several providers and big hospitals in the Kansas City metro area. I had to try something new, I was down and out and discouraged at the medical community. I felt like I was a piece of meat going to a meat processing center. NEXT, Next, Next. No one would listen to me. But my body was telling me something different. I went to a local ER for some meds on a Thursday and the ER personnel said locate a PCP. I called on Friday and I had an appointment on a Monday. (PDQ). I told Dr. Sam my problems and a lab test were conducted which showed I was very deficient in Vitamin D (way below the 30 threshold). A prescription was written and above all I feel so much better and motivated. One thing above all, is that Dr. Sam, TOOK HIS TIME and LISTENED to me. I am elated to be under his care and you would to. Thank you Respectfully Joel
