Dr. Ahmed is a amazing surgeon
I have had back problems since I was 16 .I had back and leg pain sometimes reaching pain levels of 10 . I was barely able to walk. I visited several surgeons but no one could tell me exactly what was going on . I had physical therapy , pain management , and injections nothing worked. It took Dr. Ahmed a few minutes to figure out the problem. He explained everything in great detail. We scheduled the surgery and everything went well. He is a amazing doctor explained the surgery in terms I could understand. He was very caring and took the time to listen to all of my concerns never felt rushed. His staff is wonderful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to feel better. Thank you Dr. Ahmed and Kimberly you have made my life better.

Back on my own 2 feet again!
The entire staff is attentive, caring, professional, thorough, & results-oriented. Once able to get in, Dr Ahmed & his team diagnosed my condition; developed a treatment plan; and executed the plan swiftly & successfully. I am thrilled to be back to my healthy, physically-active 76 year-self one month after surgery.

My husband fell and damaged several vertebrae in his back one year ago this month. We went to Dr. Osama Ahmed. He was such a warm and friendly doctor. We were immediately at ease. He operated on my husband in January, 2020. My husband is now walking without a walker or any assistance. We feel Dr. Ahmed is a miracle worker!

I recently had Dr Ahmed do surgery on my spine. Before the surgery, I had pain for over a year. After the surgery, I had almost no pain after just a few weeks. His staff is wonderful. I would recommend Dr. Ahmed to anyone needing surgery on their back. He is an absolutely amazing Dr. All my pain is nearly gone now after a month of recovery. I am able to walk and do exercises. I was not able to do any of those things for over a year. Thank you so very much for your help.

Dr. Ahmed has been amazing from the beginning. I had a lumbar laminectomy and fusion of L4 through S1 with Dr. Ahmed. This surgery was done at the Northeast Methodist hospital in Live Oak, Texas. His staff in his clinic as well as the staff at the hospital were and are amazing! Recovery after surgery was tough, as expected and explained by Dr. Ahmed, in the beginning, but I am three weeks out and I am getting better every day! I highly recommend Dr. Ahmed if you are looking for a neurosurgeon.

I herniated my L5 S1 and it was pushing on my spinal cord and nerves. Dr Ahmed was extremely helpful and accommodating. I was in extreme pain! He was able to come up with a minimally invasive plan. After my surgery I woke up almost zero pain and a tiny scar! Would recommend him and his super helpful staff any day!

My elderly dad underwent a lumbar laminectomy and fusion with no complications and outstanding results. Dr. Ahmed is as good in the clinic as he obviously is in the OR. Leaves you feeling completely confident and thoroughly managed. Every issue was discussed and all answers well understood. Would strongly recommend Dr. Ahmed to anyone. He's one of the best surgeons we've ever met.

Warning: this will be a long post. Had initial surgery overseas, moved to Texas and felt like I would never be myself again, 8 months later we met Dr. Ahmed. He was honest and explained that we weren’t sure of what would be once we had the surgery. We weren’t sure if we would be able to fix me. Surgery date came. Woke up in recovery and instantly felt like myself before the surgery. We prayed for a miracle, Dr Ahmed is our miracle. To say he’s the best is an understatement. I am forever grateful to him and the entire staff that we’ve come across. Thank you for everything that you do!

Dr Ahmed repaired a herniated disc in my back in early July. The surgery was a great success and his attention to my recovery and after care is impressive. I did a lot of research before interviewing neurosurgeons. I narrowed it down to two, and ultimately chose Dr Ahmed. Had I not taken my health care decisions into my own hands, I would still be sitting in a chair waiting for my next pain management appointment and my next steroid injection. Surgery may not be right for everyone, but you owe it to yourself to meet with this doctor and discuss your options. His staff is equally wonderful.

Dr. Ahmed is awesome! I can't really say too much more than what has already been said on this site, but I will say this: I normally am very cautious around doctors because I know that there is so much upheaval and craziness in the medical profession due to a whole swath of underlying circumstances. They wanna operate when they don't have to, give you medicine you don't need, etc. However, I never once suspected that Dr. Ahmed had anything other than my best interests at heart while under his care, and that says a lot about his character and commitment. You can find a lot of doctors out there that can do the procedure he did, but it's much more rare to find one that you feel did it because that's what not only he felt was best for ya, but actually was the best thing for ya. He's straight to the point, and darn good at what he does.
