My appointment was for 2:00PM. It is now 4:00pM and have yet to see the Dr. This apparently is the norm here at this office. No respect for patient's time. Not doing this again.

Waiting time can be from 1 to 2+ hours. He needs to spend more time with each patient. He is running constantly checking several patients at the same time. Despite of that, he gave us a clear explanation of the conditions of my father's knees and the potential way to help him with his pain

He has no consideration for patients' time. I have had 3 appointments with Dr. Rosabal. I have had to wait at least 3 hours past my appointment times until he would see me.
