I tore my lateral and medial meniscus. Dr. Ilahi gave me my options and I chose to have knee arthroscopy surgery. I was very nervous given my age but Dr. Ilahi spent a lot of time with me answering my questions and explained in detail what to expect before, during, and after procedure. He did not pressure me into having surgery which I really appreciate at. I am so glad I decided to have the surgery with Dr. Ilahi because I am able to do all of my normal activities and travel more.

I had a great experience with Dr Ilahi! He took the time to explain my problem to me in a manner that I understood and made me feel confident my issue would be resolved. I felt he was very knowledgeable on all counts.
in Baytown, TX |
I have seen Dr Ilahi several times. My most recent visit was because I was experiencing shoulder pain. While I do need surgery, he did offer some alternatives to see if the pain would be more tolerable without having to do the surgery right away. I received an injection and it has helped quite a bit. I appreciate the time he took to make sure I understood my options. The staff was also very helpful letting me know that if it started to bother me that I could call and get another injection.
in Rosharon, TX |
I saw Dr. Ilahi for my knee and was pleased with my visit. My husband has seen him several times over the years and has had knee and shoulder surgery with great results. He listened to my issues and examined my knee. The staff was great and made me feel at ease. Dr. Ilahi had X-rays done in his office and has scheduled me for a MRI. If surgery is needed I have complete confidence in him.
in Lake Jackson, Texas |
I had a terrible experience. Dr. Ilahi was intimidating, unwilling to let me complete a sentence without interruption and rude. I didn't feel like he was listening. I went to him as my walking was painful and I wasn't able to enjoy golf, tennis or just walking around doing daily chores. Although he did order Xrays and treated one knee. I left the appointment with a sense that I had wasted his precious time and was treated very unprofessional. I can't recommend him at all.
in Houston, TX |
Dr Ilahi tends to be very rude and does not like to answer questions regarding the treatment. We in fact changed provider.
