I waited a month to get in to see this Doctor. When I arrived had to call them to let them know I was in the parking lot. The girl on the phone said they would call me when they are ready to see me. I waited 40 minutes and no call. So I go up to the office and asked how much longer they tell me they tried to call me my phone did not ring. Then I'm told the Doctor wont see me. I got mad and told them it's not my fault you did not call my phone come to find out they had the wrong number in their system! And I again told them I did not get a call and I was going to find a different doctor the office manager got smart mouthed with me and said answer your phone next time! I said You stupid idiot I would have if yas called the right number!! They need to get their acts together there this is the second time there's been a mix up with them! Never again I'm going to Tri Health these people at Mercy West are horrible and dont know how to treat the patients there!! I wont reccomend anyone!!
