Dr Cortez herself is amazing, very thorough and the kindest doctor I’ve ever been to. BUT, her staff is seriously lacking. It takes days and sometimes weeks to get a call back if I need something. I always have to chase them down and call back to get answers or test results that are promised to me days or weeks in advance. I had blood drawn and wasn’t called back for 7 weeks with results. To me that’s inexcusable. I’ve also called and asked for the office manager and still got no response back!

Dr. Cortez was very thorough and was able to find hormone issues that other doctors had overlooked. With her help, I noticed positive changes within weeks; and she continued to check in with me regularly, which is very important in this field and not always done. I have recommended several others to Dr. Cortez and all of them have had a positive experience.
