The only reason why i keep going to his office is because of the infusion therapy. Otherwise, Dr. Gaylis does not listen and spends a total of 2 minutes in the exam room. Don't be fooled, he's in it for the money. He runs what seems to be a patient sweat shop. I am very dissappointed with his...more

Very disappointed with my mom's treatment and handling of such a delicate becoming severe surgery case because lack of attention and proper treatment.

Long phone hold times if not disconnected. Nobody calls back if you leave message, bad service and customer service. Sometimes I had to goto office to get info because they don't ans phone or return call. Even if you arrive early you still wait hours for his 5 min bad bedside mannor office visit....more

The office is more concerned with getting the patients in and out than in actual customer service. They held on to a faxed request from my insurance co for more info (for my medication).
