Dr. Burns was great. I had been to many other doctors before I saw him. He took the time to go through my MRIs with me and explain them like no one else ever had. I really appreciate that. I would no go to any other doctor.

Excellent. Definitely would recommend him to anyone. I read some of the negative reviews, which are totally inaccurate.

Dr. Burns is excellent. I had been to many other neurologists in the area, but he was the only one that took the time to sit and talk to me and go through all my tests.

WORST dr EVER. I was almost in a wheelchair with many neurlogical problems. I had MRI's done in the hospital and nothing showed up on them. I wanted Dr Burns to do a LP but he said that would not tell him anything. Then during one of my visits with him he said, "I don't know what you have, just go home and see what happens." Are you kidding me?? I went to another neurologist and and he gave me the tests I needed and I'm now on the road to full recovery. Dr Burns doesn't care about his patients.

I had a TIA, (lost feeling in one side, couldn't swallow, terrible knock you over head pain, dizziness...) My husband took me to the ER...ER doc said it seems like a stroke but every test came back fine, BURNS said I was probably just sleep deprived because i had a baby at home. 2 days later I had a stroke that left me unable to walk, nystagmus, nerve pain, etc. Was in the hospital for a MONTH. he discharged me with nothing when aspirin alone would have saved me. I had a VAD he missed that day

Dr Burns is the most caring down to earth guy I have ever met. He listens and is a very compassionate person. The only neurologist I would recommend.

I took my 89 year old mother to Dr. Burns. Her memory is fading and I wanted him to assess her mental condition and compare 2 brain scans (18 months apart) to see if she was having mini strokes. He asked about 10 questions. She knew the answer to probably four. Yes, she has dementia, should have 20-24 hr supervision, and suggested I treat her like a 6 year old. He said this in front of her. How condescending & disrespectful. Don't sugar coat it, but use some common sense. Terrible doctor.

Over $800 billed to insurance for less than a 15 minute visit, and had no real guidance or conclusion to offer. Had an EEG done in a torn up leather recliner that looks like a throw back from the 70's. Charging that much, hey get new furniture! Also, never had an EEG; so, it would've been nice to know that I'd have crap in my hair afterwards. Ordered an MRI and offered very little when it came to the findings. Any other industry, you'd be out of business. Overall, nearly a $3K mistake.

Appointment with Dr. Burns for results on Cat Scan and MRI . I waited over one HOUR before I got to see him ! They had some party going on, food was delivered from Panera bread on a trolley and pizza. Once I got back there, they didn't even have my results to look at...I had to give them MY copies that I requested a week prior so I could be prepaired for my visit . After waiting over an hour, I'm lucky if he gave me 3 minuets of his time. Very disappointed in this doctor. Will NOT recommend !
