THIS DOCTOR EMPLOYS INCOMPETENT OFFICE STAFF. I AM VERY ILL AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT IDENTIFYING MYSELF AS A NEW PATIENT. I WAS GIVEN AN APPOINTMENT AND GOT TO MY APPOINTMENT 15 MINUTES EARLY AS INSTRUCTED. THEY WOULDN'T SEE ME BECAUSE I WAS A NEW PATIENT. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE??????????????????????? Train your employees better or fire them. This is an unacceptable way to treat human beings.

Dr Quijada is an excellent Doctor !! I feel she really cares about me and my health . She always listens to my concerns and takes the time to explain everything ! I know people say she takes to long but I feel that she takes the time with each patient .....I for one appreciate the time she spends with me and I never feel rushed ....so for this reason it doesn't bother me when I have to wait to see her . It's hard to find a doctor like this ..

Very good doc, knows her stuff, spends the time with you but part of a group/clinic style practice which recently acquired a retiring doc's practice, doubling her workload. Typically see her 2 hours past appointment time, which, per office staff is normal. Caused me to be late for other meetings or have to leave before seeing her on three occasions.

Was very unhappy with my appointment. Everything was very disorganized and I didn't feel as if Dr. Quijada listened to me. On top of that my bill was twice as much as my old doctor and the diagnosis list on my print our included several things that were not accurate at all. Very disappointed.

I think its very sad that i can NEVER get the office on the phone, even when u leave a message no one returns the phone call. Im 5 months pregnant and no on has got back to me about my lab work. If i have to sue this doctor i will. Its very unprofessional how im being treated just for a callback about my lab work. I will go to the higer level to see what actions can take place.

Great doctor....very funny and nice. Listens to you and takes time with you. The problem is she is always behind. And not like 30min...it is usually behind at least an hour or more. Even first appointments of the day are pushed 1-2 hours back. If you have the time and luxury to wait for hours...she is great. I will personally be looking elsewhere because my time is valuable to me and waiting 2-3 hours at each appointment is pretty unacceptable (but very normal here).

Dr. Quijada always spends a great deal of time with me so that I understand my condition and care, but the office setting does not take a patient's comfort and privacy into consideration. At my last appointment, two other staff members came into the room and interrupted our conversation.

Dr Q was about the only one who listened to me and took my concerns seriously. Her personality was very comforting and inviting, not intimidating like doctors can be. I'm glad I found her.
