      Why Does Experience Matter?

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.

      Dr. Ramzan's Care Philosophy

My approach is to offer compassionate care that is evidence-based. This requires dedication and extra-ordinary amount of time in continuous medical education (CME). I have spent over 120 hours per year in the last two years, as an example, acquiring CME's. This is more than 4 times the required amount of time that an average physician spends on CMEs.

      Dr. Ramzan says...

Prevention of colon cancer is an important endeavor because it saves thousands of lives every year. It is accomplished by finding and removing polyps. My practice offers Single visit colonoscopy for those patients who are in good health. Patients come to our center only one time to get their colonoscopy without any consultation visit.

I have a large practice in Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (Crohns and Colitis). Other common conditions that I treat are: Reflux, ulcers, chronic diarrhea, chronic constipation, anemia, chronic liver diseases and internal hemorrhoids.
