Seems like Dr.Ramzan is a good Dr. however his staff is horrible, they never return calls. Trying to call in to the office is a nightmare. I just read the other reviews and can't understand why the Doctor Allows this to happen.

The best !!!!
in Scottsdale, AZ |
Dr. Ramzan is one of the best doctors I've ever known in terms of "bedside manner." He is professional, yet visibly caring. I've been to him about 3 times in the past 10 years, and I wouldn't trust anyone else more than him.
in Scottsdale, AZ |
Dr. Ranzan is an excellent doctor. He is thorough and is concerned with his patients. He will absolutely take the time to talk to you and answer your questions. Highly recommend. His office staff is also excellent.

Dr. Ramzan himself is a fine doctor. Unfortunately he's running an absolute joke of a practice. Try to schedule via the internet- they never did answer me. Tried to call on several occasions but couldn't get a live person so I left a message-and never got a call back. I finally stopped in to schedule. The staff including the anethesiologist is a clown- spilled my blood all over trying to start the IV. The lobby is disgusting. Chairs are cruel. And I waited 2 hours without anyone telling me why.
Phoenix, Az |
Last experience was not good, I had to literally show the doctor and PA more than once what problem I was experiencing. After noticing the problem, The PA quickly referred me to another doctor. I would think the doctor would at least acknowledge the mistake made face to face but failed to do so. My first experience was great, but my last was very disappointing. I was not expecting the level of care I received.
Scottsdale, AZ |
Dr Ramzan is a wonderful doctor. He is a very caring man. However, is staff is something to debate. They very seldom return phone call much less answer the phone. They are very unprofessional.
New York, NY |
Dr Ramzan is an e collect doctor, his staff does not return phone calls and trying to get throughout on the phone is a nightmare.
