Terrible doctor.
She’s horrible. Seek care elsewhere. Find another doctor. She was not empathetic nor a good listener. Every request sent through the portal was questioned and her staff requested an in person appt for scripts that I’ve been taking for 6+ years.

I saw Nina Rogers today for the first time today. I was more than impressed. She is extremely thorough and found some issues my previous health care professional had not mentioned. I feel confident I am in good hands I am grateful she is at Boulder Creek .

Until recently, I would have rated Dr Rogers and her office more highly. Unfortunately, over the past few months they have demonstrated a lack of medical care that I find deeply concerning. Firstly, I tried to pay for my bill upfront at my appointment, which was challenging for the administrative staff, and they told me they would send me a bill. I have yet to receive that bill. After two months of receiving no notifications from my doctors office, I reviewed my United Health Care policy and I had a late outstanding balance from them for that doctor's appointment. This is annoying but not neglectful. What is, is not notifying your patients that you are dropping their insurance and they need to find additional care. I discovered this fun fact when I tried to renew my prescription and they refused to refill. I was left without medication for over two weeks while I scrambled to find another PC. I can appreciate that dealing with insurances is trying, but common courtesy is communication

Dr. Rogers is warm, empathetic, skillful and very easy to work with. I have chronic health problems and always finds time to answer my questions. I have followed her suggestions and am at the best point in my functioning in a long time. My only caveat is that the communication from the office staff is not always as clear and responsive.

After an extended stay in the hospital for a very serious condition, I trusted Dr. Rogers and her staff to provide competent and urgent follow up care. Instead, the care I received was completely unacceptable and near negligent to the point of warranting a claim with the Medical Board of Colorado. Diagnostic tests were prescribed but never ordered. Prescription refill requests were ignored for nearly a week. Questions submitted via the portal AND voicemail went unanswered for days...

I had a bad cough/sinus problems that lasted several months. Antibiotics didn't help. Nina put me on 2 inhalers & suggested an X-Ray, which revealed a spot on my lung. She called and told me to schedule a cat scan. I did and a nodule was found. I didn't know what a nodule was. Danielle called and told me to come back in a year for another one, but I was still symptomatic (cough/runny nose) and asked that Nina please call. She never did. I went to National Jewish for help & got it.
