Finally found a doctor that shows concern and spends time with his patients. Definitely would recommend Dr. Nicholas to my friends and family.????????????????
St James, NY |
Dr Sgaglione is an elite surgeon whose competence is supported with empathy for his patients. He is not eager to rush into surgery and his objectives are focused on meeting the long-term objectives of his patients. He is unconditionally recommended.

If, and only if - you require surgery is this man interested in seeing u. Comes in w/ team of 3-4 ppl trailing behind him (a scribe, his tech and others who are shadowing) Absolutely no follow up after visit. Only did c-ray on my knees at my insistance. Neglected 2 order a much-needed MRI for persistent pain 4 weeks after a fall. Ordered gel for an injection (never used - my cost $1100). Nvr received treatment/medicine. Staff non-responsive. I have made 5 calls for MRI Rx to staff. List goes on!
