Horrible experience...Dr. Papas performed evaluation of my nose for a deviated septum correction/rhinoplasty. Very unprofessional... rather than look up my nose with an otoscope he used his iPhone. He stated that he would send a predetermination of benifits...this was never sent and it took 4...Read More

We found Dr. Papas and his staff to be very friendly. Dr. Papas listened to what I wanted and did an excellent job. His bedside manner was outstanding and I would recommend him without question. In fact, I already have!

Not only is the office staff rude and unhelpful. The lack of compassion, professionalism and overall care is the worst I have ever experienced in my entire life. Not to mention, follow up care availability scheduling is not only near impossible to obtain but is so overbooked I had to seek follow up...Read More
