After the bad experiences I’d had with the other psychiatrists, I was ready to just give up on my mental health. A friend recommended Dr. E and I didn’t want to go but figured what do I have to loose? Within my first visit, Dr. E picked up on something all my other doctors had missed. It was hard to hear at first but Dr. E stuck with me until I was ready to accept it. I’ve been with him now for 3 years and honestly I’m still a work in progress, but I feel the best I have in a really, really long time. Now I’m the friend recommending Dr. E to everyone.

I saw Dr. Eilbeck at PsychBC in Beachwood. He sees both children and adults. Dr. Eilbeck really took the time to listen to my story. He made me feel like a person and not just a patient. Dr. Eilbeck made sure I understood my diagnosis and all available treatment options. He valued my perspective and input in planning my treatment. I have recommended Dr. Eilbeck to family and friends. As a teacher, I have pointed worried parents in his direction knowing they'll be in the best of hands!
