What People Say About Dr. Neil Patel, DO
Reply
The doctor is okay, when you can finally talk to him in person. The his staff is horrible. They dont return calls, fill out paperwork on time, often mess up scripts so you have multiple copays in a month because they dont read the doctors notes correctly. Sadly you spend more time trying to get problems resolved, than actually getting good care. When you go for appointments the staff is usually on their phones or talking to coworkers about non work things. The MAs make you feel like you are bothering them being there. Even my primary doctor will no longer refer to him after my experience with this office. If his staff was better he would have gotten more stars. He seems to care. But you have to make an appointment, which is hard to get, just to be able to talk to him about all the problems you are having because staff does not relay messages to him.
