Do NOT go to this doctor. We needed a doctor's appointment ASAP after my 81 y.o. mom's release from the hospital and he had immediate availability. The reason he is available is because he is horrible. As other reviews said, the front desk staff is rude and talk about you while you are in the waiting room. The interns are nice and after you meet with them, you "meet" Jaddou who sits behind a screen behind a computer the entire visit and asks you the same questions repeatedly because he is not really even listening. When I went to pick up the meds, he had filled them in MY name, and I am not, nor have I ever been, a patient of his, and was just there with my mom. My mom has since seen a reputable doctor who disagreed with most of Jaddou's "diagnosis". Quite frankly, the whole experience at Jaddou's is like being in a third-world clinic.

This doctor requires to visit every month to renew a prescription. Obviously, that means more charges for useless visit. If you do not visit, he will not prescribe. Very dishonest and incompetent. I have change the doctor for this unprofessional behavior.

The practice did not tell me that they wanted to see me for a telehealth visit, so I drove a half-hour out there to be told to sit and wait in my car. Once I went out to my car, the practice seemingly forgot about me, because I waited 45 minutes and had to call into the office multiple times to speak to the doctor. When I was speaking with the doctor, he seemed preoccupied, stopped to speak with other people in the office around him multiple times, and was rushed to see other patients. Overall, a bad experience and I will not be returning to Dr. Jaddou. Also, the office had drywall patches all over4, the lobby only looked half-finished. He did not seem to have experience treating LGBTQ patients because his staff did not ask about sexual orientation or gender identity.

I made a huge mistake in believing that this guy knew exactly what he was doing. Incompetence is an understatement, as he misdiagnosed me, and prescribed the wrong medication that has essentially altered my life forever. He spends more time googling on his computer than actually examining his patients. I will forever regret the day that I came to this guy for treatment.

Went to this doctor because he was on my medicaid insurance card as my primary care provider. Office and staff were great - Dr Jaddou wasn’t horribly unpleasant and unprofessional. Thankfully spent only about 5-10 minutes talking with me.

Dr Jaddou is a very smart doctor. I got a wrong diagnosis by a specialist, But Dr Jaddou was not convinced of that diagnosis so he did tests and discovered that I did not have that disease and that I was mid-diagnosed. I give him 5 stars because of this reason. He really deserves it. Dr Jaddou checked the review of that specialist and it was really bad. I followed up with another specialist in the same clinic who agreed with Dr Jaddou that i was misdiagnosed at first.
