I wouldn't recommend Dr. Atodaria based on my experience. He was assigned to me for cataract surgery and additionally, after meeting with him, for istent surgery for glaucoma. I found him to be arrogant when asked basic questions. My initial feeling was "I need to go to someone else." I wish I'd listened to my intuition. I had the surgery performed by Dr. Atodaria and have had issues (pain in the eye) ever since. I definitely WILL NOT GO to him for my other eye.

Dr. Atodaria is an extremely patient doctor who takes the time to explain in layman's terms what glaucoma is and how it is affecting one's eyes. He welcomes questions, and provides clear, understandable answers. He is an extremely precise doctor who tries to make his patient's comfortable, even if they are like me -- squeamish about having someone work around one's eyes. Finally, he is proactive in addressing early serious symptoms recommending surgery if needed. Top-notch surgeon.

      Why Does Experience Matter?
