Arrived 10 mins early as a new pt. Was referred by ER...kidney stone. Told Dr. Shore I was in a lot of pain and that the meds the ER attending gave me weren’t working. He said: We can’t give you anything else, you will have to deal with it (the pain), wrote Rx for anti inflammatory. 6 hours later, I am in more pain than I was at 8 am. Going back to ER. I’ve had kidney stones in the past and a Dr. in Columbia,SC.....,. Dr. Shore is uncaring and unethical. Nurses and radiology tech were perfect!

After waiting for nearly an hour, We learned of a reocurrence of bladder cancer from a cystoscopy. Dr Shore came in and spent less than 5 minutes telling us the cancer was back. Very upsetting to be treated with lack of empathy and compassion (he was very BUSY).

Dr: you have cancer - any questions look up on Internet (as he walks out the door) Staff: we have computers and we know when you try to see another doctor (As I waited for one hour before leaving)
