My philosophy in pain treatment is based on experience that patients suffer more when their functioning and quality of life are impaired. My goal is to increase the functional ability of each patient to the highest possible level. With years of experience i have the responsibility to diagnose and manage chronic pain while maximizing the benefits and minimizing the adverse effects of treatment."

Dr. Dunkelman has been a great doctor. He really listens to the patients symptoms and tries his best to help make daily life enjoyable for someone experiencing pain. I never feel nervous or anxious when visiting him and he always makes me feel comfortable.

I'm a hospital Critical Care RN. I would not send my worst enemy to him. He doesn't listen to his patients nor does he make eye contact. And he makes sarcastic comments. I would never use him or recommend him.
