This content was provided by Dr. Swain "I am a recent graduate of the University of California Davis Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency program. My focus is on utilizing advanced imaging and electrodiagnostic tools to diagnose and treat spine and musculoskeletal/sports related injuries. I was raised in an Army family and enjoyed living all over the country. When my Dad retired, we moved to Idaho where I attended high school and college. After graduating from the University of Idaho with a Mechanical Engineering degree, I relocated to California to work for Stryker. Designing minimally invasive surgical devices fascinated me but I realized patients' stories of recovery was my true passion. I completed postbaccalaureate classes and applied to medical school. My wife and I took the leap, leaving a successful career path to follow my dream!"
