He has been practicing in the lakeshore communities of Muskegon and Fremont since 2011. Dr. Reed is a graduate of Ferris State University and continued on to Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, MI and completed his internship and residency with Metropolitan Hospital in Grand Rapids. Certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology, Dr. Reed is a member of many state and local medical and ophthalmology societies, most notably the American Academy of Ophthalmology and American Osteopathic Association. He is on staff at Shoreline Vision ASC, Spectrum Health Gerber Memorial, Mercy Health Partners, and North Ottawa Community Hospital. Dr. Reed relocated with his family from Wisconsin where he worked for the Mayo Health System as a General Ophthalmologist. Dr. Reed and his family live in Spring Lake and enjoy spending time in the outdoors. They enjoy all that West Michigan has to offer."
