Dr. Lebowitz's bio

This content was provided by Dr. Lebowitz "I strongly believe in communication and a deep partnership with patients. I find it important to treat the whole person, using natural methods when possible, and create the conditions that allow the heart, body and mind to heal and achieve optimal health. I took an oath to take responsibility for a patient's overall and especially cardiovascular health, and I take that oath seriously as a solemn trust that is inviolable. Although I am trained in all aspects of cardiovascular disease, and have advanced training in echocardiography, nuclear cardiology and cholesterol, I strive hardest at prevention, ensuring that cardiovascular diseases do not occur or do not recur. Although I have been fortunate to receive awards, I am most proud of being named a "Gold Doc" for compassion and humanism in medicine by the Gold Foundation."

Dr. Lebowitz is a first rate cardiologist at a top rated hospital. But you get even more with Dr. Lebowitz who keeps up with research and treatment options and truly cares about his patients. If the office wait seems a little long it is because he is giving and extra measure of himself to a patient...more
