Dr. Braggs is by far THE best doctor I have ever encountered. She is patient, kind, efficient, and thorough. Her staff is well organized and always helpful. Now that we are moving, she even went out of her way to refer me to a new rheumatologist in our new location. I will MISS HER!

Despite the great reviews, I was very unsatisfied with Dr Braggs. The appointment was rushed. She wouldn't even look at the list of symptoms that I had typed up so that I would not forget anything with this awful brain fog I have. She did do a through exam & diagnosed me with fibromyalgia but never explained what it was. She actually told me to google it & research it on reputable sites. All she did was tell me a couple of meds that might help & that my PCP could treat it. Very disappointing that after waiting 6 months, all I got was to google it.

She is absolutely the best. Listens intently and explains in terms I could understand. Gives her due diligence and does the tests needed to determine what is ailing me. Staff is amazing. I got there early and when my appointment time came up there was no wait. Very punctual. I wasn't even through filling out my paperwork before being called back. Absolutely amazing. Would recomend her to anyone that needs her service.

Dr.Braggs is the BEST! She really cares about her patients. She explains things to where I can understand and her Nurse Stephanie is the sweetest. She always calls me back the same day. I wish Dr.Braggs could be my all in one Doctor! The staff is pretty awesome too! Dr. Braggs answers all my questions and gets me going in the right direction if she can’t help. I never have to sit and wait for long periods at a time. She never rushes me even when my mind get so confused. She’s very polite and patient. I would Definitely refer anyone to Dr.Braggs!

I was not able to make appointment as the very rude front desk/reception desk girl said, 'it will be 6months until I could get in, unless Dr. reviews records and think I need to be seen sooner. ' She also said, 'even though I saw CHI in Washington state, the practice is not on same software systems and I would need to get my OWN records before they would even schedule me'. Anyone knows immune related issues, you can't wait 6 months!! I will not be seeing Dr. for these reasons, very disappointed ??

She puts on a professional and courteous facade, but puts things in your medical record that NEVER happened or was never discussed during your visit. She pulls medications from other provider’s notes from almost TWO YEARS prior and calls them current medications. Notes nothing more than CYA statements... her FIRST priority. Her words to me RE her ‘inaccurate’ records: “I’m changing that now. I’ll say that you called and complained, but I don’t see how you’ve been harmed by this.” There WAS harm!

Last time I was in I asked her about a conversation we had over the phone. She got up in my face, yelling with the door open I might add, hands on hips and gave me the ultimatum of if I wanted her to be my dr or not. Hmmm. Considerations?

Lois Freeland in Rossville, GA – Apr 13, 2017
I nearly left a two star rating, but opted to come down to one star after taking her staff into consideration. I was initially denied a continuation of care, meaning my treatment was slowed. Then she agreed with my previous diagnosis, but her staff forgot to do a couple things, which slowed my treatment. Now I cannot even get a phone call returned over the course of several weeks, and I'm currently out of medication as I've just taken the last injection that I had. Totally incompetent.

I have only good things to say about Dr. Braggs & staff. We hadta cancel my Wife's appt. because she was hospitalized yesterday & last night. I'd called the office & spoke with Miranda yesterday to alert them of her being in the hospital. Miranda was very kind, & compassionate & made note of my Wife's condition & some other questions she had. Today following my Wife's release from the hospital, I got a call from Dr. Braggs checking on Mary. A Dr. caring to call, IS VERY RARE & COMMENDABLE!

My referring doctor told me I would be well pleased. I certainly am. She is very kind, courteous and professional. She listened patiently, examined thoroughly and explained what tests she would like to run and why. I did not have to worry at length over lab and xray results . Two days later, she called. I am impressed and confident that I will continue to be treated well.

I am not for sure yet. I was diagnosed by a blood test and pain with inflimation in November 2015. My personal physician referred me to Dr Braggs. I was called three weeks later letting me know my appt will not be available until April 2016. Very DISSAPOINTED. This is changing my every day life. I explained it to the staff member that called. I was told that was the only appointment available. I am going to call my family position to see if I have a alternative Dr. Five months to wait, why?
