She didn't seem to believe that I was in pain and said, "There's nothing more that I can do for you." Well, I've now been waiting for THREE days for her to call me back because I was in the ER over the weekend for a severe rash and slight fever on my bursa/hip. I was having severe pain that day and then the rash appeared. I left several messages that I'm afraid that it could be septic bursitis and still no callback! I'm extremely angry and frustrated that I can't even get a call back from someone!! Horrible patient care!!!! I'd give no stars if I didn't have to choose....

After 2 other doctors couldnt/didnt find the problem. Called Rothman for an appointment & was fortunate to have Dr. Falcon. She found my problem(s) on the 1st appointment, listened to me, cared about helping me do & feel better. In 2017, I was 49 years old, outside cleaning my car. Didnt feel well later that evening, ribs hurt badly. Went to Dr. Falcon & told her what had happened. She again listened, sent me for a scan & found I have osteoporosis. Dr. Falcon is an outstanding physician. CARING

I’m so lucky to have found Dr. Falcon. I can be a hard critic of doctors, but Dr. Falcon was world’s away from previous experiences. Dr. Falcon took her time in treating me. She was detailed in her explanation of my condition, and actually made me smile. I am truly grateful to have finally found Dr. Falcon.

I came in to Rothman with tremendous back pain. Dr. Falcon looked at my MRI and recommended a discectomy. I first wanted to try an Epidural; it was administered perfectly and I immediately felt relief, but she was right, it was short-lived. After a few weeks I called, and Dr. Falcon set me up with the surgeon Dr. Woods: made my appt. and told me what to expect. She even checked in on me afterward. The surgery was a success and my back has never been better. Ty Dr. Falcon - for everything :)

Complete waste of our time. Nothing accomplished. Husband in level 10 pain. DR. asked him to bend over, and lay on his back on table. Was almost in tears. Cat Scan done. ASked where the infection was, DR. said I can't read Cat Scans. Scheduled injections before Lab work was faxed over that was a complete waste. Everything canceled. Left with Lab results was told to see family physcian to get antibotics.. Husband in level 10 pain. Finally got pains meds, still not clear what to do with infection
