This content was provided by Dr. Singh "Narendra Singh, MD, FRCPC, FACC, FAHA, FCCS is Director of Clinical Research at Atlanta Heart Specialists and Clinical Assistant Professor at Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University. He previously was Clinical Assistant Professor at Emory University and the University of Toronto. Dr. Singh has practiced in the Atlanta area for more than 15 years, which includes clinical research and educational endeavors advancing the standard of cardiac care. Previously, Dr. Singh practiced in Toronto at Rogue Valley Health System-Centenary site for 8 years. He was also the director of Scarborough Cardiology Research, cofounder of the Greater Toronto Area Community Cardiologists Association, and a National Secretary of the Canadian Cardiovascular Society. Dr. Singh is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (ACC) and represents the Atlanta region as a Councilor of the Georgia Chapter. He maintains Fellowship of the American Heart Association, and has served as a District Representative of the Georgia Affiliate. He is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He is also a fellow of the Canadian Cardiovascular Society. Dr. Singh has been a site investigator in more than 100 national and international trials. He has published many peer-reviewed articles on a wide array of topics, including acute coronary syndromes, health outcomes, and heart disease in South Asian populations. In 2010, Dr. Singh was awarded the Distinguished Service Award from the ACC-GA chapter. He has been included in the Marquis Who's Who in Medicine publication list since 2007. He was also presented with a letter of appreciation from the Prime Minister of Canada for his volunteer efforts in conjunction with the Canadian Cardiovascular Society in 2001. Dr. Singh graduated within the top 10 of his class from Dalhousie University, Faculty of Medicine, Halifax, Nova Scotia with his medical degree. He completed his internal medicine and cardiology residency training at the University of Toronto, followed by a cardiology clinical research fellowship at St. Michael's Hospital, University of Toronto. He is board-certified in cardiology and internal medicine in both Canada and the United States."

Dr. Singh is excellent! He is personable with excellent bedside manners. He is easy to converse with and I feel confident in his knowledge about my health. Dr. Singh is the best doctor I have! The office is nice and the staff are helpful and professional.
