My first visit was by telemed in April. Dr. Walker walked me through logging in and was very patient. There was a problem on my end with my browser. I followed up in July and we had another wonderful visit in person. She is a great listener and put together a treatment plan that we discussed at length. She left the final decision up to me. People tend to write reviews when they are unhappy. Just wanted to make the effort to leave a positive review. She is a really good doctor in our community with lots of knowledge, even the general medical questions that I asked her. I will be back and have recommended friends see her. The office is busy but everyone I encountered was helpful and pleasant, there are a lot of covid rules as there are everywhere now. I was thankful that a telemed visit was offered. Very satisfied.

Dr. Walker has a habit of not handling her patient interactions with sympathy and empathy as well as speaking with them in condescending ways as it relates to their inability to understand using digital technology during the COVID pandemic. Her and her staff have made a patient in my family feel as though they were stupid for not understanding the difference between a Video visit and telephone encounter. Furthermore, to push her own agenda, she has LIED on my family members After Visit Summary on time spent with the patient by a wide margin or error so that she may up charge insurance and get more money in her pocket. In addition to lying about time, she even added a medication that was NOT prescribed or given, much less DISCUSSED with the patient, and had that added to her medications list. Dr. Walker and the staff at this facility have repeatedly disappointed in areas of patient satisfactory care and neglected patient needs when it comes to pain. We will never be seeking their help

Took a little while to get in, about 8 weeks and I was the PA Amy with Dr. Walker. Amy was great and Dr. Walker spent a lot of time with me as well making sure that all my questions were answered.

My lung doctor got me in quickly to see Dr. Walker. She is kind and compassionate. I am reassured by her knowledge and skill as a specialist. My breathing has improved. She works very closely with by lung specialist Dr. Young and I am improving.

This practice is not practical when dealing with new clients. Their customer service is definitely rated an F. Don't waste your time here.

she never bothered to check my record before my visit and did not really listen to my description of symptoms. Made comments about symptoms I did not experience and never spoke to her about. Rushed through my visit and suggested I see another Dr. for pain management. I need to eliminate cause of pain not manage it and it is not soreness either. asked me about past tests and x-ray dates which she should have looked on my chart for answers

I have been seeing Dr Walker for about 8 years now. She is very professional and compassionate. Although the rules about opiate medications has become restrictive she is very kind in handling these changes. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a Rheumatologist. Superb Doctor
