I have always believed that if you give the body what it needs it will heal itself from the inside out. What Dr. Nancy showed me with the MRT blood test was that some of the foods I was eating because they are marketed as healthy were not actually healthy for my personal body such as lettuce, ginger, coconut, beef etc. So consuming them was actually making me sick. Once we received my blood work back and I swapped those foods out for the ones that are healthy, I could see and feel the inflammation leave my body and other people noticed my face wasn't so puffy. We are all unique inside and out and what we consume affects each of us differently. Now I know what is actually toxic to my body and what isn't. I had my ups and downs like everyone does when you make changes, but as long as you can get over your self talk and rebellion you will love how you feel. I used to really miss bread but now I am over it because I feel the difference. Thank you Dr. Nancy!
