First visit seeing her she wouldn't let me talk about my symptoms, I felt blown off. Was very business like. Second visit after a year and a half. I waited an hour to see her in the waiting room. Dr Ball is very smart I'm sure. But not so smart that she can actually read your mind. In my experience, going there with a complicated painful situation, she allowed me just about 15, maybe 20 seconds to talk before stopping me right there.
