Irresponsible Business Practice
Doctor and her staff are good but their business practice is not. Doctor's office ordered vitamin D test during an annual physical well check visit without any justification at all. There is no history of vitamin D deficiency nor any lab was done ahead of time to justify the lab at all. This was our first visit. The test result came out to be perfectly normal. Annual well check visit is covered by the insurance at 100% but additional lab was not. We requested doctor's and the office not to order any labs that would not be covered by the insurance. When we received the bill from the lab, doctor's office has yet to provide any justification for the lab or accept responsibility for ordering the lab at random. They left the burden of the bill on us. Truly unjustified. We had a spend a lot of time back & forth with the doctor's office as well as Labs over this. Their business office is irresponsible &non-cooperative

Fake products, fake charges
I had a physical exam done at this place. I was concerned to see fake products like healing bracelets and other dubious cures being sold there. The Dr. didn't seem knowledgeable and recommended an EKG. During the EKG one of the sensor came loose and I was told "that's fine". I decided I'm never going back there again, and paid my copay. Remaining amount my insurance company paid. Fast forward a year later during covid when doctors were hurting, I receive a past due bill! I am going to contest it and expose this practice for what it is. Stay away!

Dr. Cheema is an excellent doctor! I am stunned by the two one-star reviews I just saw on here....this is completely contrary to my experience with this doctor. She is great and her staff have all been polite and helpful to me. Since when are doctors supposed to practice with nothing but altruism as a motive? Like the rest of us, they have to earn a living too! I highly recommend Dr. Cheema!

Terrible place and doctor...they only care about your money. They will not call you about critical results. If you go see Dr. Cheema don't expect that she will give you the time of day. Nobody in the clinic is wearing masks or gloves like there is a no covid-19.
