She saw me when I was admitted in hospital and gave me her number and asked me to visit her clinic. I kept on calling and leaving her a message until I finally got someone on the phone after a few times. The doctor didn’t have answers to my questions and didn’t think of renewing my prescription from the hospital. I felt she was not qualified enough to be a good neurologist. Please find another neurologist who is qualified and can treat you.

Literally the WORST doctor I’ve EVER met. She is rude, insensitive, and frankly does not seem very bright. Please do yourselves a favor and find a better neurologist.

Most bizarre medical practice I've ever been to. My story is very similar to all of the other poor reviews here. Frequent turnover in staff. Lack of responsiveness. I had to drive to her office after attempting for six weeks to get in touch by phone. When I arrived she was sitting at her own front desk with no one on staff, scrolling her cell phone. I tool have experienced her fiddling with her cell phone during appointments. Orders tests and then never gets back to you. Worst doc ever!

I brought my teenage daughter to Dr. Rana for lightheadedness and headaches. She asked very few questions and then said she wanted to do a spinal tap, MRI and another brain test. I asked why she wanted to do a painful spinal tap and she said she wanted to rule out menengitis, which she didn't have any symptoms of. I agreed to the MRI only and she was quite rude to me. I never heard from her with the results of the MRI. Luckily I had the results sent to another neurologist.

She is unprepared for visits. Does not look over test results before seeing patient. Gives patient a hard time when the medication prescribed does not work and makes the patient worse. Every appointment it is starting over reminding her what happened in the last visits.

Her staff is good about getting things done in a timely manner getting in they offer same day apt and she as a doctor is very friendly and explains things very well she is not like most doctors that go straight to medications she does further testing and evaluation before she does the over all plan

Another doctor that has no clue how to run a business. Got my bill over a year and a half later. Try to give away my money anyway but can't even get them on the phone to make payment. I'm sure I'll get a notice from a collection company soon enough. Avoid use of this so called professional if possible. But when you land in a hospital what choice do you really have?

Took my son for Migraines. She ordered tests. When we went back for the results she hadn't read them. My son had his tests done is December, it is now the middle of May and she still has not read the results. Last appointment, she was taking my son's blood pressure and answered her cell phone right in the middle of it. We have been trying to get copies of his records for over a month and she still will not give up the results. Please, please, please trust me do not go see this doctor.
