If you want frustration, this is the place to go. The front office rarely answers your questions, if if they are answered it is never to your satisfaction. If you have insurance and they don't pay quickly, your next appointment will be canceled. Without a zero balance, forget about seeing the doctor. Much too stressful to deal with this office.

I am only giving one star because I can't leave 0 stars. This whole office is by far the worst experience I have ever had. He is rude, disrespectful and only wants to put you on medicine instead of figuring out what is actually wrong with you. He doesn't read the charts nor keep up with what meds the patients are already on. Also, I showed up for an appointment and the tech never showed up for it and then called 4 hours later to reschedule for the next morning. The tech is also rude.

A wonderful and kind front desk. Nicole could not have made me more comfortable and confident. Dr. Osman was engaging, a very gentle and kind man and thorough. He's a good listener. No prescriptions too. Explained what was causing my issues and we discussed a course of action and follow up.
Ft Lauderdale, FL |
He has terrible bedside mannor. Has no respect for his patients or their time. Long wait times in the waiting room. One time I waited an hour just to be told he could not do the test that day. He had no real explanation as to why he could not have told me that before I waited an hour. His staff, especially lab techs have a hard time keeping appointments they make. Whole office is unprofessional.

OK Doctor, horrendous staff. Double bills co-pays, ignores instructions from insurers on how to proceed with testing, has made my life difficult working out billing and payment problems. Doctor also wants too many follow up appointments because staff has yet to find sleep machine results sent to them from the machine provider. Doctor also seemed unable to answer my questions about using my current BIPAP machine.

While Dr. Osman may have significant experience in the field of Sleep Medicine, the bedside manner of himself and his staff could use assistance. Be prepared as a patient to have the staff fail to return your calls and wait 45 minutes to 1 hour beyond your appointment time to see the doctor. The lobby/waiting room is very neat and tidy, however once you enter one of the exam rooms you will find disarray, papers scattered, small carts with medical equipment stern about in disorganized fashion.
in Delray Beach, FL |
The staff is horrible. No one person is in charge of coordinating & directing orders from Dr. Osman. Its impossible to contact Dr. Osman. One staff member told me, Medicare will be billed for scheduled visits, but I did not have to show up, because the physician was on vacation. This is truly wrong, especially because I am responsible for 20 percent of the charge. Dr. Osman appears to be caring, and concerned. But his office will soon close, if changes aren't made quickly.
West Palm Beach, FL |
Please don't waste your time seeing your doctor, will dismiss your symptoms and just put you in medication without performing any tests. Cold and uncaring demeanor.
in Boynton Beach, FL |
Dr Nadir Ishag Osman and his staff continue to display professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of my healthcare experience. Dr. Osman is thorough with his exams and clear and concise with explanations to all my questions. The staff is understanding, patient, attentive and promptly returns phone calls. My healthcare office experiences have been pleasant and smooth.
Delray Beach, FL |
Competant, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He was thorough in explaining procedures, my condition and options. Office staff friendly and helpful.
in Boca Raton. florida |
Bad decision maker. Treat women poorly and miss-explain. Poor relationship with patient. He charged my wife $150 on top of the appointment for filling a tax exemption form and a parking permit.
in Boynton Beach, FL |
Office is literally incompetent at faxing records or returning phone calls, dr is somewhat decent but his office staff is a joke, if you like smooth service avoid like the plague
