Roseville, Ca. |
The worst Dr visits of my life. Each time I waited 45-50 mins after the appointment time just to be called back. Then i waited 15-20 to see the Dr. I never left the office knowing what she was checking for or what the outcome was and if there was any thing that could be done to help me. don’t even try to get your medical records for a new Dr cost you serious $ and a huge headache if you need any info other than you last 2 visits. Her assistant was a very cold person as well.
Sacramento, CA |
Spoke dismissively to me right from the beginning of our appointment; without knowing why I was there. Only talks, doesn't listen. Before I had a chance to say anything, she asked, "So what ONE thing can I help you with today?" We accomplished nothing and I'd rather wait to be referred to a hopefully much more competent and caring neurologist/person than to ever come back to this office again.

Everything about this Doctor and her staff is ridiculous. No ethics, no quality of care, no organization, no professionalism. Horrid experience and I gave them multiple opportunities!
in Rocklin, CA |
Hands down, the absolutely worst doctor/staff experience I've ever had. The staff is unhelpful & unfriendly...trying to get tests ordered was overly difficult with zero follow through and no accountability for their lack of help. The doctor prescribed medication for me based on verbal symptoms prior to running any tests, and when I did show up for my test review appointment she didn't even have the results...disturbing lack of concern, I believe Yassa's skin care biz is a conflict of interest!

Extremely hard to even get appt. Staff pleasant except one who is rude, impatient , not compassionate or caring at all.....must hate her job...why is she even there?????
in Roseville, CA |
She is late or leaves the office. The waiting room is packed, and you can tell the staff is telling you a story when the receptionist comes out and tells you she had to leave. That is how it was every time. She overbooks. On top of it all, she started to do Botox, and would sell you that service too. Worst doctor I have had. .....I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO PUT NO STARS!
in Auburn ca |
By far the worst experience dr was 1 hr and 45 minutes late for my appointment. Woman at the front desk was incredibly rude. Dr yassa seemed nice enough, but spent a whopping 15 minutes with me lecturing and urging me to switch my medication (that is successful and works very well for me). She said they would send me lab orders in the mail 2 months still nothing. I went in for my EEG on a Saturday. Only the EEG tech was there he was nice but the room reeked of cigarettes total creepy situation.
