She is worst Dr. I ever seen.Been there few times for my dad, every single time 1 hour or more wait. Than I made phone app. She called after an hour late and I was already gone to my work that time. She never called me back for my dad’s reports. I am still waiting to get his reports and go to another Dr.Please don’t waste your time to go to her. She has no value of your time.

Dr. Yassa is a sham. She has no business advertising that she is a doctor of neurology, let alone a sleep disorder specialist. She finally entered the room (45 min. wait). She said she never received my records, and yet my previous physician swore they had faxed her the information. She accused me of getting 2 shipments of my meds in one month. I reviewed the report she indicated that gave her that information, and it said quite the opposite. She ran out of the room & hid. I want my $75. copay!

She keeps running test after test or the same test without any real definitive diagnosis or course of action.

I was referred to her because of recurring headaches after a fall. I experienced the same or similar poor care from Dr Nadine H Yassa that has been described by others. Here's a partial list: Rudeness of the staff, incompetence of the staff, excessive waiting, poor communications, poor follow up, questionable charges, inadequate waiting facilities, ordering of multiple tests, poor patient care and more. I went back to my primary care physician and asked for another referral. My doctor had hear

First about the waits, yes, you do have a long wait for the first visit, but that is because they schedule you such that you have time to do paperwork, i.e. 45 min before you see the dr. Second, I found dr yassa to be as good as any dr at explaining what was happening-no specialty Drs really seem to have had any training in patient interaction. She was effective, got me on the drug I needed and referred to further specialists immediately.

The worst Dr visits of my life. Each time I waited 45-50 mins after the appointment time just to be called back. Then i waited 15-20 to see the Dr. I never left the office knowing what she was checking for or what the outcome was and if there was any thing that could be done to help me. don’t even try to get your medical records for a new Dr cost you serious $ and a huge headache if you need any info other than you last 2 visits. Her assistant was a very cold person as well.

Everything about this Doctor and her staff is ridiculous. No ethics, no quality of care, no organization, no professionalism. Horrid experience and I gave them multiple opportunities!

Hands down, the absolutely worst doctor/staff experience I've ever had. The staff is unhelpful & unfriendly...trying to get tests ordered was overly difficult with zero follow through and no accountability for their lack of help. The doctor prescribed medication for me based on verbal symptoms prior to running any tests, and when I did show up for my test review appointment she didn't even have the results...disturbing lack of concern, I believe Yassa's skin care biz is a conflict of interest!

She is late or leaves the office. The waiting room is packed, and you can tell the staff is telling you a story when the receptionist comes out and tells you she had to leave. That is how it was every time. She overbooks. On top of it all, she started to do Botox, and would sell you that service too. Worst doctor I have had. .....I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO PUT NO STARS!

By far the worst experience dr was 1 hr and 45 minutes late for my appointment. Woman at the front desk was incredibly rude. Dr yassa seemed nice enough, but spent a whopping 15 minutes with me lecturing and urging me to switch my medication (that is successful and works very well for me). She said they would send me lab orders in the mail 2 months still nothing. I went in for my EEG on a Saturday. Only the EEG tech was there he was nice but the room reeked of cigarettes total creepy situation.
